The service

ServicePaid lets trades contractors create estimates and invoices and get paid. Contractors send their customers links to view, approve, and pay for work. Payments are processed by Stripe; ServicePaid never holds funds.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number to your contractor and requesting service, you consent to receive transactional text messages from that contractor via ServicePaid, such as estimate links, invoice payment links, and payment reminders. This program sends only transactional, customer-initiated service messages — no marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a final confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@servicepaid.com.

Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and acceptable use

Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of their estimates and invoices and for having their customers' consent to be contacted. ServicePaid may not be used to send marketing, spam, or messages to people who have not requested service, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Payments

Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Processing fees are disclosed in the app. Refunds are between the contractor and their customer.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AHQ & SONS CO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
