Who we are

ServicePaid ("we", "us") provides estimating, invoicing, and payment software for trades contractors. Contractors use ServicePaid to send their customers estimates, invoices, and related service messages by text message (SMS/MMS).

Information we collect

We collect the information a contractor enters to run their business: their own business details, and their customers' names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, and job details. We also collect payment information, which is processed by Stripe — we never store card or bank numbers on our servers.

How we use information

We use this information solely to provide the service: creating and delivering estimates and invoices, sending transactional text messages the customer requested (estimate links, invoice payment links, and payment reminders), processing payments, and providing support.

Text messaging and consent

Customers provide their mobile number directly to their contractor when requesting service. Text messages are transactional and relate only to the specific service the customer requested. Message frequency varies by job activity. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Opt-outs are honored immediately and automatically.

No sharing of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding messaging aggregators and providers of the text message services strictly as necessary to deliver the messages.

Service providers

We share data only with the vendors required to operate the service — Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (message delivery), and Supabase (secure data hosting) — each solely to perform their function, never for their own marketing.

Data retention and your rights

We retain records as long as the contractor's account is active or as required for tax and payment compliance. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
